To cancel or reschedule an appointment, I request at least 48 hours-notice, which also applies to the free consultations. Exceptions will be made for personal emergencies. Repeat late cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a fee.

Initial consultations are free of charge; however, in cases of a no-show without prior notice I will charge my current hourly rate for a new appointment.

Class deposits for regular classes are non-refundable, but are transferable (upon my discretion). Deposits for classes where I am hosting a traveling teacher are non-refundable and non-transferable.
